For-profit developers who have worked with us rely on our affordable housing experience and leverage our relationships in the industry to acquire and operate affordable housing developments on favorable terms – all while furthering our charitable purpose and our partners’ objectives. We have the flexibility to participate in affordable housing projects in many different capacities.
